**What do you like best about CRMJetty Dynamics 365 Customer Portal in WordPress?**

The CRMJetty Dynamics 365 Customer Portal is an excellent plugin for working with WordPress; we checked several solutions to integrate with a WordPress site, and CRMJetty Dynamics 365 Customer Portal meets all the requirements and more. 

I loved the way to set up the forms and profiles to access; it was straightforward.

**What do you dislike about CRMJetty Dynamics 365 Customer Portal in WordPress?**

We checked and tested several CRM solutions to work with WordPress, and this was the most practical to use, but sometimes we got rare issues with missing information on a ticket, like a truncate field. We think this was more an issue with the database settings than the CRM plugin itself.

**What problems is CRMJetty Dynamics 365 Customer Portal in WordPress solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our main goal was Integrate a CRM into a running business website on wordpress for a customer section, we were able to successfully test the customer portal for our client site.
