The best feature of using this crmconnect is that data entry can be made automatic, it has a dashboard which supervises all sales activity. It is also scalable and can be expanded Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about crmConnect?

You can be a self started in your seed funding round and still use this application. The automation for tracking your leads and sales is easy so that is probably one less person you have to hire. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about crmConnect?

CRM Connect is one of the best tools for the management of CRM and communications. It helps in elaborating purchase history and customer details which allows the executive to help to connect with their customers very quickly. It helps in hiking the sales and their documentation. The distribution of new leads and their various hierarchy helps divide the customer database equally with the CRM executives. All the related data of the customer is saved online and can be accessed from any device, and can be updated remotely. The central panel provides various reports, which helps in management decisions. What do you dislike about crmConnect?

The attributes of the Lead panel sometimes retrieve the data from the master database, which can create duplicate entries. A unique ID should be assigned for the new lead added, and the duplicacy can be detected multi-type with the contact details and email id. Overall other modules are excellent and interconnected with each other. Support tea should reply to the issues within the time frame, and a ticket should be generated.
