What do you like best about CRM for Outlook?

Using CRM, the processing is no longer an individual per department. There is one software that connects all the departments in the database of the clients.

From clients' contact details, proposal creation, funneling closing deals, up to the processing of orders, deliveries, and collection of payments. There is a smooth process internal process and everything is on sync. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CRM for Outlook?

During the first implementation, it was challenging to understand and to use the CRM. Also, a lot of inputs need to encode. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering CRM for Outlook:

Use CRM for your internal process in the company. For the company's details from clients' contact details, prospection, funneling, closing deals up to the processing of deliveries and collections. A software uses that every department's concern is in sync when it comes to the clients. You can also track the details in just one database. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is CRM for Outlook solving and how is that benefiting you?

the web and the software are completely different so it is much harder to understand if you switch to web to software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is CRM for Outlook solving and how is that benefiting you?

There is an option to create a named folder then all mail regarding that mail will come in that folder it saves a lot of my time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
