It's very Useful and amazing CRM , where we can have proper tracking of everything .  They have their own separate pipeline, I am using it frequently and it's really easy to use.I appreciate their customer support services.

**What do you dislike about CRM and Deals?**

It would be more good , if they add one more features of multiple languages. It's bit complex for beginners.

It's gives us a proper understanding of piples with systamatic data ,It have very attractive features for sales . It's  saving time.

While many of it's features did not appeal to my type of sales, I do like the automation features.  In a slower pace sales environment, this is a great way to stay in touch with the prospect and keep the deal moving forward

I have found nothing negative at the moment.

It doesn't let me have any deal fall through the cracks!

Mainly problem resolving software between us and customers, easy to use for chat procress and i use it frequent for customer support.

**What do you like best about CRM and Deals?**

Zendesk is easy to navigate. It makes it easy to create tickets for customers and merge them into one. It's a great way to keep track of tickets. Unlike other competitors, zendesk helps the company save time by using the quick tools that zendesk has.

**What do you dislike about CRM and Deals?**

I'm not a big fan of the random bugs that zendesk will have once in a while. Sometimes the magnifying glass in the quick tools will often disappear. I would love to see these bugs decrease.

**What problems is CRM and Deals solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zendesk has allowed me to quickly answer my customer's answers by navigating the articles without having to bother my coworkers. My businesss performance has increased.
