**What do you like best about Criteo Commerce Max (Retail Media)?**

It has really good graphics on the analytics part which is the one that is most used to compare the data I download from the API and what is shown on the reports.

**What do you dislike about Criteo Commerce Max (Retail Media)?**

The REST API is not so good, when we want to download the data there was a problem with the timezones on the page references. We were trying to download as CO time but the iso country was no the same that figurate on the page

**What problems is Criteo Commerce Max (Retail Media) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The marketing team doesn't solve to problem, they want to test it and try to improve the CPL conversion. After 3 months they decided to resign the contract and goes to Google Marketing Cloud

Criteo Dynamic Retargeting ad type is the best for the companies in both retail and b2c industries. You can reach the relevant customer with dynamic ad banners in that way the roas or roi always higher on these ad types.

**What do you dislike about Criteo Commerce Max (Retail Media)?**

the new panel is really hard to discover, On the other hand, we don't have many options to optimize our ads only bid changes can be done on the panel. It can be developed with targeting options.

Reaching the right customers with their customer journey is a very crucial issue in digital marketing strategies. We can create such kinds of banner ads according to our website journey with GDN, but with criteo we have a chance to cover all websites that related with our products.

Very Easy To Use, Timely Support and  i really liked different ad formats available on this platform like cube ads, a very good platform for brand awareness. also its very easy to create look a like audience on this platform

As i am from india , very limited publishers are available in india, also there is not much opprtunity if you want seel your products with geofencing ads , like not muck or nothing is available if ypou are targeting small city in india

few of my clients wanted to advertise on platforms apart from traditional media like facbook and google , so i have tried using criteo for their advertising in india and with they have on this open internet platform they have recived good conversion

Funnel approach, reporting, marketing API and it is fully compatible with adjust.

We are having reporting issues sometimes. And CPC can easily increase especially in certain campaign periods like black friday.

We are using criteo for retargeting. We have campaigns in more than 20 countries.

It's a good platform - gets the job done.

I had a poor experience with the reps where they were not transparent with us. The team underspend severely & did not notify us. When confronted, they blamed our search team & did not take ownership which is was very unprofessional. I lost my trust in them as I was not convinced that they would spend all the money that they recommended for my account. I had to pull away from using the service.

Make sure you double-check the pacing of your budgets frequently so you don't end up with unspent funding at the end of the year.

On this platform, it's also quite simple to establish a lookalike audience. Really easy to use, prompt support, and I appreciated the variety of ad types accessible on this platform, such as cube ads, making it an excellent tool for brand recognition. All in All its a platform that gets the job done.

There isn't much to dislike about the platform just a few bugs here & there. The support team sometimes has a slower rate of reply to the query but is efficient in other ways

It is a very userfriendly tool and can be linked easily with your website

Beyond retargeting, this tool and media reach do not have a good prospecting engine.

Criteo continues to be an always-on partner for our media campaigns. The platform allows us to cater our media buys strategically to get in front of the right consumers.

Several of the retail partners have been leaving the platform so the inventory is changing, making the future a bit uncertain.

Criteo has allowed us to get placements on high-volume sites such as the NY Times without paying their direct advertising rates (where applicable.) Especially for remarketing ads, it's proven useful in enhancing recall and lift, as well as conversions.

**What do you dislike about Criteo Commerce Max (Retail Media)?**

The longer we've gone on with them, the less effective the campaigns seem to be in terms of lift. It's not transparent as to why, either.

Placements in higher-volume sites without direct spend increase. More flexible placements across the Web in non-Google Ads slots.

The Criteo team works as our extended team, managing campaign set-up and optimizations, so our partnership with Criteo is definitely a win for our clients in the e-comm space.  Also, the Criteo Commerce Marketing Forum is a great annual event to learn the most up-to-date trends in e-commerce for advertisers and agencies.

Limited optimizations, data, and insights: keyword level optimizations is currently not possible, and retailer level data and insights are currently not available.
