Crisp Data Platform Pros and Cons

Since rolling into UNFI, it is frustrating to have to go to two separate sites to get my data. It has also become incredibly unreliable. The other day I was unable to pull any UNFI data. Additionally, the non-UNFI site is unbelievable slow. When pulling KeHE data I now go to KeHE connect which is much faster. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We love that we don't have to re-frame our minds when we get in because you can go connector to connector and see things visualized similarly. We used to have to completely re-frame jumping from the kehe portal to the unfi portal to the wegmans portal to the whole foods portal. Love the consistency. This isn't Crisp's problem but what the heck UNFI, the "confidential" retailers make it really hard to truly get in here and digest the information. Sometimes the landing page is hard to navigate and I can't immediately see all my dashboards and I have a hard time finding them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The low barrier to entry makes this an easy tool to adapt to and integrate into day to day workflows. The master data management tool and ability to save reports based on multiple criteria, plus have multiple tabs open at once, make Crisp a great tool to look at data points across multiple item families at multiple retailers. The format of the dashboard and data I can easily export. Much easier than other portals I have used to extract the exact data I need. All staff at CRISP has always been exrremely responsive and helpful in solving any outstanding issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I would like the dashboards to go a bit deeper than they allow today. For example, I can see total MDM category information or pull by sub MDM category but I would like to see a dashboard that allows me to look at my total business to understand which brands or categories within it are driving the business up for down. There can be bugs every once and awhile where data doesn't load properly and it take a day or two for the team to correct. It's usually only for one of the reports on their analytics platform, and they have others where you can get the data that you need. Customer support has been great on this front too.
