The CREXI platform is incredible. We have been using it since its introduction and have migrated away from other listing platforms in the market. The tools CREXI provides when marketing a property is hands down above their competition. CREXI enables you to connect with interested buyers, provides email marketing as part of their reasonable monthly fee, and beyond all, has created an easy interface when uploading your property. As a broker, it is my job to make sure as many investors view my listings as possible. Crexi makes it easy for investors to view my listings, execute a CA and download the OM electronically. I appreciate that every time somebody signs a CA, I get an email notification, and on my dashboard, I can see when they signed and their contact information so that I can easily follow up. Crexi is the only platform today with a 21st-century user interface that you would expect out of a company today. This user/client focus sets them apart from competitors and increases my ability to get deals done. One and only complaint I have is with notifications. Sometimes I get too many notifications that are irrelevant to me and that causes me to miss potentially important ones like when an LOI is submitted through the site. I think a broker or buyer should call/email a broker directly regardless, but having this LOI submission capability shouldn't be something that I don't get a primary notification for. There are several reasons why we love Crexi. The cost in relationship to its competitors is not even in Crexi's playing field. Tons of value for the price. Your listings will always show up for everyone-- no need to pay a very high premium for your listing to show up for potential buyers and tenants! The leads function is by far the best value. You are notified any time a principal or broker looks at your listing or opens an OM... invaluable for Brokers! We also love that they send a monthly email blast to those principals and brokers who may have an interest in your listing. Crexi trumps all other CRE listing services. When using Crexi, we are happy with the Pro membership. With the Pro membership, you can access all of the leads that view your listings. Calling these leads to remind them of the opportunity, make it top of mind, and provide additional information is the extra step that can yield more offers for your clients and enable you to provide the best service possible. The pricing model at Crexi is much better than the competition. The model incentivizes brokers to list all of their inventory instead of penalizing them for every extra listing. This structure leads to more listings on the platform, more buyer traffic, and a better use of marketing funds for listing brokers. Crexi was designed with a clear understanding of the brokerage business and has many valuable tools for every part of the transaction process from marketing, due diligence transfer, escrow timeline management and lead tracking.
