I like that is a great source to publish any of listing for lease or sale with full details, as well the integration of my own leads to send email blast very easily. It brings my company all the time lead opportunities and allows an easy implementation of my sites. Crexi's interface is extremely user friendly compared to their competitors. Their site is quick, easy to navigate and provides extremely helpful data for brokers. It is very easy to learn how to use and their customer support is outstanding. Everytime I have a concern it is resolved within 48 hours and the team checks in on me frequently. Poor comp data, this entire industry is full of poor comp data and i believe it is due to brokers not only receiving rewards based on performance (their personal comp data) but also how easy it is to get away with reporting the wrong data. In order to find actual comps in this industry brokers need to manually track what is trading on the market, lease terms, asking price vs sale price etc.. and I need to manually cross-reference that data with public records. Brokers should be penalized for reporting bad data. I know of some in the industry who will blatanlty report false sale prices not by 100k or 1 million but by $20-$40 million and these brokers are getting awards because no one is paying attentiont to those who abuse the system. Your company is already using batchleads for skip tracing, why not leverage that same data to ensure your comps are accurate. Crexi FUSE should be cheaper, brokers are using Buildout to display their listings on their sites and are paying absurd amounts of money for a simple software that includes OM Building that syncs with other listing platforms. If every broker is using Crexi fuse you will have free traffic being driven to your site instead you are driving people away from using it with the absurd pricing. Not to mention no brokers even know what Crexi Fuse is. Also the comp interface is really hard to navigate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I enjoy the user-friendly platform from Crexi and the amount of data they have on properties across the country. One of the best features when comparing Crexi to competitors is the price-point for what they are offering their services at. They are not trying to price gouge their clients and appreciate that as a multi-business owner. I think the only thing we dislike about Crexi is that it doesn't have the consumer presence that Loopnet and Costar have. Fo rthe most part we see Brokers, national corporations, and Investors being the most prominent users of Crexi. I wish that Crexi would invest more in marketing to the masses and focus on brand awareness so that the average consumer would use Crexi as their go-to instead of Loopnet.
