Crexi is a great platform overall, but I’ve noticed some of the leads it generates can be a bit hit-or-miss when it comes to intent. It sometimes takes extra effort to figure out how serious they are. It is obvious the consumers are prefering searching Crexi over competing commercial listing platforms because we are receiving 10 times the leads on our listings over all other forms of advertising. This has resulted in our listings selling quicker, gaining more exposure so netting our sellers more money, which resulted in sales and more listings. Crexi is user friendly both on the consumer side and on the broker dashboard side. The customer service is also superb to other competing brands. Thank you for also adding the Business feature.
