Real estate Brokers use many marketing channels and it gets expensive with the fees Crexi is charging. **What problems is Crexi solving and how is that benefiting you?** Reaching people who I may not be able to find on my own. So far, none of the potential Buyers has closed a deal they have looked at. ### 2. If we could maintain the interactions/"limit" them to only our listings when using the Crexi eblast platform, for example, we would like for it to take a little more work for the viewer/recipient to venture off to other listings. **What problems is Crexi solving and how is that benefiting you?** Crexi solves marketing problems very well from a timing and efficiency standpoint (it's very easy to manage recipients and track interaction stats). ### 11.
