Crestwood’s team is excited, friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in our success. Their technical depth across Acumatica modules is impressive, and they consistently go above and beyond — even escalating platform issues directly to Acumatica’s executive team when needed. Their support is responsive, tenacious, and proactive.

**What do you dislike about Crestwood Associates?**

There’s very little to dislike. Occasionally, long-running issues require extended timelines due to Acumatica bugs, but Crestwood stays engaged throughout and provides regular updates.

**Recommendations to others considering Crestwood Associates:**

We’ve worked with Crestwood for over four years. As the lead administrator and executive champion, I’ve seen firsthand how their team supports complex Acumatica environments. They’re easy to communicate with, offer targeted training via Teams, and respect our internal expertise while still providing valuable suggestions. Their support portal and our account team (Shaun, Colleen, Melissa, Evan) make collaboration seamless.

Crestwood helped us recover from a poor initial implementation by auditing our system and delivering a high-ROI improvement plan. They’ve supported us through a major accounting review, built custom margin reports tied to the general ledger, and continue to help us optimize workflows across distribution, manufacturing, and service.

I have been extremely satisfied with Crestwood Associates due to their profound expertise in Acumatica software, which has been instrumental in solving complex problems and implementing required customizations within our company. The best thing about Crestwood has been their willingness and ability to serve our needs in a timely manner.

**What do you dislike about Crestwood Associates?**

The least helpful thing about Crestwood has been the change to service request process. When we first began service with Crestwood we were able to have our service request addressed easier and typically by the same technical person.  Not saying the process is bad now, it was just more convenient for us in the past.

**Recommendations to others considering Crestwood Associates:**

We've appreciated our past experience with Crestwood.  They've proven to be responsive, helpful and available to assist with our ERP system needs.

**What problems is Crestwood Associates solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Currently, we do not have a problem that is being worked on by Crestwood.  We have a system update that is being rolled out within the next few months.   The update help to keep us working on the latest version of Acumatica with all of the enhancements and benefits available.

**What do you like best about Crestwood Associates?**

Crestwood is always willing to dig into my issues as they arise and help me plan for our future.  I have a team of people I know and can reach.  Lisa, my customer success manager is always responsive and finds the resources I need for critical events.  Between her and Colleen and Robert, they have the contacts at Acumatica that we need.

**What do you dislike about Crestwood Associates?**

No issues for me to note.  Most of our issues have dealt with payroll which was an Acumatica issue not a Crestwood issue.

**Recommendations to others considering Crestwood Associates:**

Be a partner to the implementation team.  Attend events to get to know your Crestwood team better.

**What problems is Crestwood Associates solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They helped us implement and support the only web based solution I could find - Acumatica, which would still allow us to do payroll in house while moving our ERP solution into the 21st century (and beyond.

They are highly responsive, and I appreciate that I don't have to navigate a lengthy, complicated support ticket process just to get a straightforward question answered. Working with our Customer Success Manager has been a great experience, and the Director of Cloud Services has also been outstanding.

So far, I have not encountered any drawbacks to working with Crestwood.

I encourage you to reach out to them. My experience with Crestwood has been entirely positive.

They are supporting us in consolidating our Microsoft products with a single vendor, beginning with our M365 licensing. In addition, they are helping us implement Teams Phone, aiming to replace both our existing business phone system and individual employee cell phones.

**What do you like best about Crestwood Associates?**

Our CSM, Heather C. is the best. She communicates quickly, answers all of our questions, facilitates a lot of support and training projects. Evan T. has developed most of our customization and he is quite helpful, attentive and learns/remembers our processes. Melissa F. is an excellent support associate, she's helped me (our company's Acumatica admin and PM) with several things. Knowledgeable and helpful. Guillermo, our main implementation consultant is AMAZING. If you hire CA and want to implement Acumatica for Manufacturing/Distribution, request Guillermo!

**What do you dislike about Crestwood Associates?**

At times, we feel we're pushed toward customization (and the accompanying cost) more than trying to help us find solutions with our current version. We involve them with some third party integrations, but they tend to take over and push the consultant time a little high. If there's an issue with a customization after launch, even with good testing, we're charged to fix their code mistake. It's happened a few times where we've had to push back.

**Recommendations to others considering Crestwood Associates:**

We recommend CA if you're implementing Acumatica for Manufacturing/Distribution. They will help you translate your current processes to Acumatica, will teach you instead of just tell you what to do and their support after launch is great. Request Guillermo as your main consultant, and request Heather for your CSM! Ask for a client list and seek their opinions.

**What problems is Crestwood Associates solving and how is that benefiting you?**

CA was our implementation partner, we still use them for other projects and processes improvements to Acumatica. We use their help desk support for minor things, but work with consultants to develop more processes and features in Acumatica.

**What do you like best about Crestwood Associates?**

Crestwood is extremely responsive to our needs.  Whether it's a quick call to discuss a new process, or a project for a turn-key custom module, Crestwood has both the knowledge and the passion to handle just about anything you could dream up.

**What do you dislike about Crestwood Associates?**

No serious complaints, or we would have moved on to another VAR relationship.  Hourly rates and projects can get expensive, but they are usually good about setting expectations up front.  You get what you pay for!

**What problems is Crestwood Associates solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our company was on ancient accounting software, propped up by dozens of disconnected spreadsheets.  Crestwood helped us tour multiple ERP options, and ultimately recommended Acumatica as a solution to our niche industry needs.  Implementation was done at the pace we desired (slow and steady!).  Plenty of guidance and training was given throughout the process, and response time was extremely rapid when we ran into issues.  Data is now unified, and we have the tools to perpetually optimize all of our business processes.  We are 7 years into our partnership and are still extremely pleased!

While my overall experience with Crestwood Associates has been very positive, one area that could be improved is the turnaround time on certain requests.

Have clear plans set out and decided upon with clear roadmap. Follow road map for project and have good in house teamwork.

**What problems is Crestwood Associates solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Crestwood took over supporting our company after our original VAR failed us at inception. From the experience I've had working with CA over the past 2.5y since joining the company I would highly recommend them! They offer monthly and quarterly feedback/reviews of services available and have great customer service. Whether as a client you're self-sufficient in the realm of development or not there is something that Crestwood can offer.

Their development team was quick to understand our requirements and delivered features that improved both our workflow and reporting. It is hard to find anything to dislike.  With any good business, getting development resources allocated at times has been a little struggle but overall, A+.

They treat the implementation like it's their own company going through the process.  Will be there with you every step of the way and are quick to respond to issues and challenges that arise.

Wish I could learn a bit more regarding the back end processes to be less reliant on them.

Strongly consider reaching out to them and if you're skepitcal, ask them for a reference call as they have a long list of happy partners (I view them as a partner much more than a vendor) who are willing to evangelize on their behalf.

The level of professionalism, knowledge and communtication we have received has made each interaction a pleasurable experience. Of the contacts we have worked with special mention needs to go to Melissa France for her amazing soft skills on top of her ability to resolve problems in a timely manner.

So far, nothing to note. Service has been impeccable.

Crestwood provide everythign you need , you cant totally trust them them to be there with you and find the solutions you require

**What problems is Crestwood Associates solving and how is that benefiting you?**

To make our invoices compliant with local regulations and custoers we needed to have some amendments made on the existing forms. Without these being correct we leave ourselves open to possible financial penalties as well as not being able to provide the information our customers require for their own operations.

**What do you like best about Crestwood Associates?**

The most helpful attribute I would assign to Crestwood is their ability to act quickly to address our concerns.  For at least two requests, they were able to assign some one to help us very quickly with the right experince in relation to our issue.  This is incredibly valuable to know you can have your issue addressed right away and resolution will be timely.

I also like having the ability to email our Client Account Manager, Heather Contardi, and always getting a timely response back.

**What do you dislike about Crestwood Associates?**

In my experience with Crestwood, I have not had any issues I would list as a downside.  They have an efficient ticketing system to have your request processed and are easily reachable.  

On one occassion we did have a moment of miscommunication, that would be good to mention.  We had one consultant go on vacation nearing the end of a project.  We were unaware that the vacation was going to happen, so were caught by surprise.  However, another consultant jumped in rather quickly and was able to keep us on track.

We have been using Crestwood for many years.  We have no complaints over all of that time.  I would highly recommend their services.

**What problems is Crestwood Associates solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We had an urgent need for a report detailing our 1099 NEC vendors for an audit.  Crestwood was able to build the report with the needed data going back three years.  It was incredibly helpful and saved us many, many hours of manual work.

I know they assist with the functionality of reports in Great Plains and that is beneficial to our company.

**What do you dislike about Crestwood Associates?**

In the one instance that I reached out for help, I had an associate that wasn't very helpful and didn't tell me anything that I didn't already know. Then after being told there would be no charge since we were only on the phone for 11 minutes and anything under 15 minutes is free. I received multiple bills. Took months for them to remove this charge from our account after me reaching out to several employees to resolve the billing issue.

None that I'm aware of.

The associates we worked with on this occasion were very competent.

Even though we communicated our tight deadline with the first associate we worked with, she did not communicate her own lack of availability to see us through to the completion of our solution.

Always ask if they are unavailable for any days within your time frame.

We are now required to electronically submit our annual 1099 forms to the IRS.

**Describe the project or task Crestwood Associates helped with:**

Crestwood was our firm's principal reseller for Acumatica for several years and was engaged in some minor accounting module roll-outs at some acquisitions.  They were unsuccesful on larger projects and we stopped engaging them for those.

**What do you like best about Crestwood Associates?**

Crestwood's consultants are seemingly capable employees that want to dig in and do the best job for their client.  But that isn't what happens in some cases.  Self-evident logical conclusions to data being discussed or imported get dismissed or ignored, causing extra work to repair what they did.  What's more, the added effort required to repair is billable and always the client's fault no matter the circumstances.  In other words, they are not so much concerned with quality and performance and more concerned with nickel and diming at every turn.  Their developers are top-notch if you can get to them.

**What do you dislike about Crestwood Associates?**

The opening discussions of almost every effort with Crestwood involved listening to a litany of rules and why they cannot do what you want them to do and excuses why they did something in a less than stellar fashion.  Curiously, there is no concept of assigning a senior functional consultant to a client who learns your business and is available to contribute ideas and solutions.  They are a sales driven entity as opposed to a client service driven entity.

**What problems is Crestwood Associates solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We had the challenge of putting together a maintenance and repair operation using Acumatica's project module and other functionality.  We had to release Crestwood from the project when they were unable to add any value to the undertaking.  They did help us find a team that wants to work and make a contribution and we are happy with that.
