I very much dislike that company records do not show all the email correspondence in one timeline. You have to click on each contact individually to check to see if a teammate reached out. I dislike the fact that I am unable to reply back through Crelate. If I need to reply to an email, I have to go to my email directly. Also, the job distribution list we think needs to be formatted better so that we are able to see the jobs assigned specifically to us vs to all. Also, adding more priorities would be helpful. I dislike that even though you can text on Crelate, you can't connect your own number to it. Instead, candidates have to call the Crelate number first, only to find out that they have to call a different number to reach the recruiter. The odds of some candidates completing those extra steps to contact someone are slim to none. It's very annoying also to use two numbers for texting; our work numbers, which are our main form of communication, and then additionally the Crelate number, which doesn't do much for us besides log the texts. That's the only benefit of it. You should try and find a way to link other work numbers to Crelate; I'm sure we're not the only company that doesn't enjoy it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
