What is most helpful about credly, is that most of my badge appointed technical expertise and online studies are transcripted through a digital accredittation in the form of a Digital Badge, certifying the individual comptent for professional excellence in the current field of study or research and analysis. Having all your badges in one spot is essential, when needed a quick transcript review of it your badges, and Credly provides this service, with top notch customer services as well. What would improve Credly, is cross communication between other online software like, truecertificates.com, and fuse the platforms, using the email address that it is registered to, or help customers/user gain access to a joint profile of credential gathering software, that shows all credentials obtained online. Credly is a web portal and a very easy-to-use Android application, the interfaces are intuitive with clear descriptions of each of the badges, in addition to having different links to contact academic training providers and take the associated courses.

The way to share credentials on social networks is very easy, in addition to having the digital download of badges and certificates that serve as endorsement for the badges.

One of the things our institution likes about Credly the most is how easy it is to use and the modern UI. Being able to seemlessly and easily share credentials on social media has excited many of our earners as well. Our institution had a smooth implementation process back in 2021, in part thanks to the expertise of our Credly customer relations manager. Credly has adopted some new functionality over the period of time we have been using the product and we have been impressed with how smooth all of their update rollouts have been. We issue credentials both manually and through automated rules with our LMS and are at the point where we issue credentials every week at our institution. Credly's online customer support team has always been responsive and easy to work with. Whenever we have had issues or questions, they're always available for support. We would like to see more comprehensive tracking of earner progress available in the platform. For example, how tracking how far along an earner is to earning the credential with an earning parameter architecture created on the administrative side. Whether this would only found on Credly's domain or could be viewed through Credly's integration with other products or LMS/CMS, that's a functionatility our users and earners have expressed interest in. Downloadable digital badges are impressive because it I have embedded the public link and the digital badges into the signature of my email address. This has given my email a more professional appearance and esay verification of my credentials to parties I communicate with.

Downloadable high quality printable certificates is a great feature for us who take online classes to upgrade ourselves and venture into new careers.

It's not free, but can't really expect that of something like this. Otherwise, for what I do, I really don't have a lot of complaints. The only slight thing is that I wish the upload feature was a little more flexible and less strict, but I understand the need on the back end probably makes it mandatory.
