I love how easy and intuitive Credit Karma Tax is. I have used other tax software in the past, but I've used Credit Karma the past two years and really loved how easy it was to work through. I feel confident when it is time to hit the file button. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love that not only does this let me do more than just the most basic tax forms, but it also teaches me what the different portions of my taxes are along the way. I like, for the most part, how it simplifies everything down to a level that is easy to understand and makes it easy for me to learn to file my taxes all on my own. On one hand, having everything simplified is great, however in some areas I wish there was a way to learn in depth about what the different portions mean. It'd be nice to have something like a question mark you could click on that would lead you to a section that has more in depth information on what this is and why your return is what it is. The way the forms are put is very easy. When I started filling my taxes, I was worried how long it will take me, but when I was using credit Karma Tax, I finished filing without knowing. It took me less than 20 minutes to find all the forms I need and completing everything. What made it the best is the ability to search for forms. It made the process faster. Ad up to that, it saves all the info and keeps reminding me of the taxes and where I left of to finish the filing. The bottom line is, its for users who don't want to learn the tax code to file, for the people who want to do it themselves without asking anyone. I think I will be using it for long term. I have done my own taxes for many years now with tax software. This is the second year in a row that I’ve used Credit Karma Tax software to do my taxes and I love it! Not only is it free to file and use their software, it’s easy. I like the step-by-step process, and ability to add as many forms as you need (especially for scenarios where you have lots of deductions and various forms of income), the assurance that you are covered 100 percent if you are audited, and the ability to download and print previous years taxes since they archive for free as well. Did I mention...this is all FREE? That’s what I like best for sure. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The only thing I can say, with 100 percent honesty is that I would have nothing to dislike had I not needed to file a multi-state return for 2017. That is THE only thing I dislike about Credit Karma Tax software. If you are in this situation, don’t use the software because it’s gets a bit complicated with regards to state filing and isn’t equipped to handle this. For Federal filing, however, it’s golden! The clear benefit is that it is integrated with your credit scores, which credit karma does well. Very bright and clean interface with cute graphics and overall feel throughout. Guides you well through the steps and e-filing.

It is simple to use. Everything automatically syncs. There is no need to be constantly imputing or remembering all your accounts. This one account remembers everything for you, tells you when payments are needed and which accounts to focus on. If you're looking for a new card it even tells you what cards are will be the ones that you'll get approved in so you won't hurt your credit with hard inquiries. There isn't much that I dislike. Everything is well organized and accurate. If I had to name one thing, I would probably just wish that the app synced more frequently to your accounts and show weekly accuracy on your account details. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I don't think there's anything I dislike, I just wish that information from previous filing years was more easily transferred to the Credit Karma system. I would also like if there was an option to directly settle outstanding debts owed on your credit report using your tax refund.
