**What do you like best about Creatio?**

The ability to focus on our customers, and the freedom we have to create workflows, processes, and applications that do what we as a bank need.

Customer support being available 24/7 (or very close) is very helpful. We had an issue where we pushed a package from a higher version to a lower version and Creatio support was able to work through the night on our issue.

**What do you dislike about Creatio?**

Ticketing, having to submit a ticket, then having to give Creatio support access to environment, in two separate steps. The ability to submit a ticket and give Creatio support in one simple step would be best.

**What problems is Creatio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

New Customer intakes has been a major pain for our bank. We were previously using another application was not working, and was hard to find out what customer that intake form was connected to. We replaced that software with Creatio, and we have seen a large increase in our intakes being done.

**What do you like best about Creatio?**

I use Creatio to tackle the daily challenges of service and sales teams, focusing on CRM implementation. It helps me speed up delivery with AI and no-code tools, bringing me closer to business teams during implementation. I really like the agents and upcoming voice AI features that Creatio offers. The business process automation is another aspect I appreciate, as it enhances efficiency. I love the Freedom UI because it provides actual freedom; I can build engaging UIs directly during workshops with customers, which is amazing. The AI is native to the platform and easily speeds up the work of end users. The no-code nature of Creatio makes the initial setup very quick.

**What do you dislike about Creatio?**

I think ALM part could be more enterprise ready to enable concurrent work of multiple developers.

**What problems is Creatio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

What I like about this Creatio platform is it combines CRM, workflow automation, and no code customization and AI capabilities all in a single ecosystem. This platform is very useful for managing sales, marketing, and service processes even without depending heavily on development tools. Their visual workflow tools, dashboards and automation options make it easier to customise the processes as our business grows. This platform is positioned as an AI CRM and workflow platform with no code at its core.

**What do you dislike about Creatio?**

This platform has a lot of features, so the initial learning curve can be high for new users. Set up and customisation also take a lot of time, especially for teams that are moving from a simpler CRM. Sometimes our team also find that this is slightly heavy if we need a basic contact and pipeline management-oriented CRM. Their user interface should be polished a bit, and also their integration ecosystem should be widened a bit as well, compared to the other platforms out there in this space.

This platform helps us by solving the problem of centralizing customer data, sales activities, marketing workflows, and service processes all in a single place. It also reduces manual follow ups, improves our process visibility, and helps team automate repetitive task. There no code capability is very much helpful because our business team can modify workflow faster without even a expertise on development or code oriented tools.

This is one of the best Project management tool I came across. the best thing is to upload almost unlimited attachment files with activity done on projects which can be tracked with date and time allowing to review changes in scope and build on that.

It has slow responding server which can be optimized for better utilisation and user experience

Creatio has many valuable and interesting features, among them the agility to create processes quickly and simply without having to program, which accelerates the adoption of technology in all areas of the organization. Additionally, it can integrate with API services and many standard market platforms. It also has the ability to define dashboards with indicators natively without the need for development, just using existing components. It also has an excellent CRM that complements BPMN processes and the 360 view of the customer. All this speeds up the implementation and adoption process. The new AI and Agent capabilities add a lot of power and functionality to make work in different aspects more efficient by absorbing repetitive tasks so that users can focus on value-added tasks.

**What do you dislike about Creatio?**

So far, we have not found any features that are missing or that we dislike. I could mention that the process of promoting applications between environments, depending on their level of complexity, can generate errors at the time of implementation, but the support team is always available to help us resolve any issues.

Creatio helps us consolidate into a single platform what previously maintained great complexity using multiple platforms. Additionally, we can integrate with CORE systems through APIs and services easily.
