What do you like best about Creatio?

Creatio is the most adoptable CRM I have ever seen. I find it really challenging with most CRM systems to get to know the platform as it has robust functionality; however, with Creatio it was really simple as it has No-code customization. What do you like best about Creatio?

It is truly valuable to have all data for Marketing, Customer Service, and Sales departments in one place, as it provides a full overview of all client interactions and a comprehensive understanding of the situation. I also appreciate the ability to customize the platform with no-code tools, making it easy to implement changes, create dashboards.
