Originally, I had just used Google Docs but it was very inefficient and time consuming. I found Creately and was able to create my UML designs for my projects quickly and efficiently! Not to mention, there already exists a template for UML class diagrams so it made it easier for me to start on the designs as well. But whenever the internet does go down, or is erratic - that's where the challenges lie. Another good thing is that even though you do need an account you dont get any spam mails. Ive recommended creately to a lot classmates and ive not heard any complains from anyone. **What do you dislike about Creately?** There are some practical things that could be improved, it would be nice if theyre was a visual saving icon so you could see that your progress is actually saved becaus that is not clear at times. In addition, simple things like images may not load properly on the board, causing miscommunication between users during a discussion. To quote another user's review: "Technology should be making our lives easier, it would be infinitely more efficient to draw these boards by hand, with my weak hand, whilst blindfolded and driving a car, then scan and save then use Creately." There is a giant amount of features and accessories available to help you create. It lets your ideas flow and helps you when you need it. I definitely recommend (and have) to all people to get it for organization and work purposes. The speed and helpfulness is so fast that it blows my mind. I will walk away for hours and when I come back, I can remember what I have been doing. I have NEVER needed to contact any customer support as it's good enough already! And from what my friends have told me, customer support is very helpful. I haven't had any troubles as it's such an easy program to use. And the printing it out run very smoothly. I recommend this to ALL reading this! I use it almost daily for my personal use to help my ideas flow.!
