I am using on a daily basis to generate rough ideas for Social Media Posts and sometimes Media Releases, which I then can wordsmith further. The tool is easy to integrate in existing workflows and procedures and easily accessible/implemented. We didn't have the need to reach out to the Customer Support as of yet, as we are quite happy with the numerous features offered and their functionality to date. Sharing created documents across teams needs more implementation due to confidentiality reasons within our organisation, and I haven't been able to change the grammar/spellcheck to UK English ongoingly.
