Cre8tive is an outstanding Epicor Kinetic Implementation and Support Partner **Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** John M. | President and Chief Operating Officer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.) **Reviewed Date:** December 14, 2023 **What do you like best about Cre8tive Technology and Design?** We appreciate having immediate access to a variety of people with expertise in a wide array ERP functions. **What do you dislike about Cre8tive Technology and Design?** We found ourselves competing for access to the consultants with other companies in the implementation stage. **What problems is Cre8tive Technology and Design solving and how is that benefiting you?** With Cre8tive's assistance, we went live with Epicor Kinetic from Quickbooks. The implementation consultants understood the challenges we faced because we weren't using an ERP system and guided us through the implementation and go live processes. We did a considerable amount of the work ourselves because we concurrently needed to develop internal processes and systems to maximize our use of Kinetic. Much of the advice we received helped us implement best practices within the Kinetic community that we simply couldn't know. After go live, we've used Cre8tive extensively in a support role with a focus on teaching us how to accomplish tasks on our own, not just simply doing them for us. ### 2. It helps in the discovery process and for them to provide what you need. We are always short on help when it comes to Epicor. Having Cre8tive is like having another employee on standby that knows the Epicor system very well. ### 3. Their great team has helped us efficiently use our ERP systems and guided us through upgrades. They have helped me to understand how to corrcet problems with serial numbers and how the software is processing a serial number. ### 6. Very poor Experience with their Turnkey ERP Epicor Solution **Rating:** 0.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Tam N. | Founder & CEO, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.) **Reviewed Date:** March 17, 2023 **What do you like best about Cre8tive Technology and Design?** We haven't seen the best so far, still hoping they could live up to their commitment **What do you dislike about Cre8tive Technology and Design?** Contract verbiages should have been clearer, not to mislead customers to sign up on something that they could not perform to **Recommendations to others considering Cre8tive Technology and Design:** Future customers just need to be aware to read their contracts clearly before signing up with their program. **What problems is Cre8tive Technology and Design solving and how is that benefiting you?** This review is solely from our experience with their Turn-key Epicor solution. We were the very first one signing up for this program with them and their contract has specific verbiages that misled us to commit to this program. When we confronted Cre8tive about the problem, the simple statement we got was that the choice of words could have been differently and they pushed away their responsibilities for not committing to what they signed. Their contract stated that they would access our legacy ERP to obtain data and migrate over, which they don't. They also do not transfer any transactional data to the new system, and didn't clearly state that on the contract. We already paid them $61,000 for the solution for some thing only half-way done from their commitments. Future customers just need to be aware to read their contracts clearly before signing up with their program. ### 8.
