Being able to share boards and competitive intel across teams is great for our remote company and helpful for gathering field marketing knowledge. What do you dislike about Crayon? For social media, Crayon doesn't track LinkedIn and currently Twitter intel. This is sort of out of their hands since LinkedIn doesn't do 3rd party apps, and recent changes at Twitter have followed the same course of action.
