The workflow, data automation are simple to implement. The solution is cloud based so storage is not a challenge really. Loads of free chrome extensions available which really helps in moving contacts from other platforms here, like LinkedIn for example Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cratio CRM Software?

Support team could be more efficient. While they have the solution to your problems, it is not easy to communicate with them. I feel they are not future ready and few of the other CRMs like Afinium offers few upto date features Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
