Despite unreliable connections, outdated hardware and outdated web browsers (including Internet Explorer), it still runs smoothly. We take advantage of online lead capture and can turn calls into quick demos all it takes is for a visitor to click, fill out a form, and then we manage to share our screen with them. Now we can get an edge and conversions are triggered by it. **What do you dislike about CrankWheel?** To access premium features like remote control and bespoke branding, you'll need to upgrade to a paid Chrome extension or plan. **What problems is CrankWheel solving and how is that benefiting you?** Before, my sales calls were voice and imagination. I explained confusing screens and trusted the prospect. Everything changed with CrankWheel. I press a button, send a chat or SMS link, and they see what I want. Kinda clunky on enabling audio to present through one device.
