What do you like best about CrankWheel?

CrankWheel enables me to share my screen with my clients easily. This is crucial in my line of work, where we go over a lot of details and contracts over the phone. My clients can get an instant visual presentation, and it's very simple to use. All they have to do is click a link, and I instantly become more credible! In my line of work as a licensed agent, specific demographics fear scams and things of that nature. CrankWheel helps get over the hump of building trust more expeditiously. What do you dislike about CrankWheel?

What problems is CrankWheel solving and how is that benefiting you?

A lot of the time with health plans, the older demographic asks to "mail something" or "I would like to see it in black and white" because of their negative experiences when dealing over the phone. With CrankWheel, I am able to share my screen with them and quell their anxieties instantly. It also helps them feel more confident to ask better questions during my sales presentation.
