I like that you have many options as a shipper or customer with shipping needs. You can choose equipment type and insurance as well.

**What do you dislike about Craftom Enterprise Products Platform?**

I do not like that some carriers are non responsive after initial response.

**What problems is Craftom Enterprise Products Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It offers me more ways to get an item
From point A to B and save our customers money. Most carriers treat our items well.
