The ability to track precisely where each food and beverage dollar is flowing. Before we really only had a broad idea of our food and beverage costs based on our P&L every month. We'd only get a half-decent idea of our loss at the end of each quarter when accounting audited our inventories, but even then we were missing out on a lot of the picture. Very few things I don't like about it. I think the biggest complaint is that it's complex. I know that the complexity is what makes it such a powerful tool though. Working with our account rep who is always helpful and willing to take time to train, we've been able to set it up properly so that it's not complicated to manage. At this point, we're able to best utilize its services.

There is a slight learning curve with how to adjust any items that were reconciled incorrectly and have the wrong PU. I also wish that Craftable could pick up on duplicate ingredients/items.
