What do you like best about Cradle.io?

Cradle is a simple system which operates in the cloud which means its easy to setup and has minimum hardware costs. Its also integrates with our CRM HubSpot, which means we get great reporting of phones calls to customers Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cradle.io?

The only issue we have had is for some of the staff that use Android the experience of their app is not great. But it is fantastic on IOS. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Cradle.io?

The user interface and experience are excellent. It's so easy to use and performs so much better than the $25,000 IP telephony system it replaced in our company. Their support is really good too but you won't need it once you're up and running. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cradle.io?

What do you like best about Cradle.io?

What do you dislike about Cradle.io?

The only negative I have experienced is that it is too easy to change your personal greeting on your voicemail using the mobile app. I have inadvertently re-recorded my personal greeting with some background noise, which is not very professional if someone calls while this is live. What do you like best about Cradle.io?

I like that it utilises other software which has contact details so when the call is coming through we have caller ID. The function where it remembers the last person the client spoke to and pushes the call directly to them saves so much time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cradle.io?

That we have to use Hubspot and Xero to store our contacts in, it would be easier if cradle had this function so we don't have to use the other systems. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We set up Cradle for four users with US, Australian and NZ numbers in less than an hour. Unlike other systems we had trialed the call quality has been excellent. Making and receiving over 200 minutes a week. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Cradle.io?

Not being based in the main office, Cradle allows me to be easily accessible and reachable by clients and colleagues at all times. Working on a busy support desk this is essential to keep customers happy and gives me great communications with the entire team!

What do you like best about Cradle.io?

The setup is simple, the quality is great, the customer support is very responsive - they are quick to fix any issues or implement changes that we suggest - and it makes our customer's experience talking with us far better than what we had with the old way of desk phones. What do you dislike about Cradle.io?

There isn't much to dislike really. It just works. They had some issues with the app restarting mid call for a while and this caused some calls to be cut, but that was fixed quickly. It would also be good to have a notification on each call as to who answered the call when it is directed at multiple people, sometimes you might have many people 'missing a call' but not knowing that someone actually took it.
