**What do you like best about ImagineMedFM?**

The program is Not overly complicated with a couple hours of training one can figure it out.

**What do you dislike about ImagineMedFM?**

Certain steps seem redundant and unnecessary. 

**What problems is ImagineMedFM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am able to set appointments easily and quickly. Patients do not care to stay on the phone longer than they have to.
