All the data has become decentralized and traceable. We have fine-tuned our process of marketing and sales teamwork, which has intensified our outreach efficiency. **What do you dislike about CPGvision by PSignite?** The sole disadvantage I've come across is the matter of some delayed dataset updates. Occasionally the time interval between the system's changes and their ability to be seen in the reports is inadequate. Thus, it is really irritating especially when I require real-time info which I leverage for making quick decisions. **What problems is CPGvision by PSignite solving and how is that benefiting you?** There has been order within the CPGvision teams that used to handle multiple directors in trade promotions. The centralized platform and easy to use communication tools have saved us from a lot of time and other problems. ### 2. It improves trade promotion effectiveness by giving trade managers the tool to oversee selling operations from budgeting to transaction reconciliation and complex distributor agreements. It will enable me to do all trade promotion activities in one place - the heart of well-organized workflow. **What do you dislike about CPGvision by PSignite?** he initial learning curve was so steep that I almost found it too hard to handle the situation. The front panel may appear to be confusing initially as it is filled with numerous buttons, test results, and graphs. The process of mastering the software was slow as it took me much longer to get used to the environment and explore all the available tools it had. **What problems is CPGvision by PSignite solving and how is that benefiting you?** I have witnessed the effectiveness and the ease of our trade promotion management which is higher compared to the days before I introduced CPGvision. The software had the effect of optimising our trade spend through such actions as providing us with finer details of all our promotional activities. I am not going to talk about that. I am going to talk about the work involved in setting up your organization for success. The user interface of CPG Toolbox is intuitive and straightforward, which is good for those of us who seem to shoot 1st and ask questions later. The business of setting up CPG Toolbox is a messy and complicated process (because of the massive amounts of Data needed). Still, the Customer Success team has the patience of Ward & June Cleaver. They are able to troubleshoot just about every question, comment, or issue that may arise from your organization. When You add to the fact, they are willing to take the time to show, explain and teach you how to correct the problem moving forward. This helps with the anxiety of onboarding another layer of administrative duties for your sales staff. **What do you dislike about CPGvision by PSignite?** There is nothing to dislike about CPG Toolbox. They have refined the system interactions to align with the target users. The team is extremely knowledgeable regarding trade management, financial interactions and the role that syndicated data and other elements play in our space. Most importantly the service that we have received is A++. From developers to administrators everyone is hands on and super responsive. The system at time does seem really slow and laggy.
