I can also attach a PDF invoice to the CPA Charge invoice. The fees are reasonable and competitive, too. **What do you dislike about 8am CPACharge?** I am a 100% internet business. I do video conferences for my meetings. Once a proposal is signed, I can easily send an invoice w/ CPA Charge. (Which is good.) BUT I do ongoing services as well, and my Clients pay ongoing fees quarterly or monthly. You CANNOT schedule a billing with the ability of the client to choose the best payment method at the time. You can get their card number information and "store" it for scheduled charges. But this doesn't allow flexibility for clients to use a different payment method for each payment. (Besides the fact that I don't want to get their numbers.) Like the invoicing option, you should be able to schedule to send a bill for payment as well, instead of having to ad hoc it. There is also no way, when you see outstanding transactions, to send a reminder. There is only a transaction page that gives info on when invoices have been paid. These things need to be considered by CPA Charge. **What problems is 8am CPACharge solving and how is that benefiting you?** Transaction fees for a payment processor is always part of the equation. CPA Charge is quite reasonable and definitely a bargain compared to the competition. ### 31. We primarily use it for clients on monthly retainer, and it's easy to input their bank information and set up a recurring transaction. While there are ways to send it to clients, we only utilize it internally when we have been authorized to debit accounts directly. **What do you dislike about 8am CPACharge?** It is less effective for larger payments, as there is a $5000 limit on e-check transactions without prior approval. It would also save a lot of time if clients' information could be saved without creating a recurring transaction; for example, if we charge a client frequently in different amounts, we have to re-enter their bank account information manually each time.
