spent 3 hours figuring out why I over billed by $96 for a free upgrade, it ended up removing my last discount a month early and charging me for half of the month of the increase speed that was supposed to be free for 2 months. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Cox Business Internet?

With CBI I have more than enough speed for uploading and downloading, and I'm always connected even in bad weather. More work productivity in a shorter amount of time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Cox Business Internet?

If there is ever a problem with Cox it's fairly easy to contact them by phone. If the problem can't be solved over the phone they will send someone out in a Cox uniform and Cox vehicle. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
