What do you like best about Covetrus Pulse?
Can use from any location with internet access.
Ease of loading images from email and attaching emails, sending records.
Ease of text/email to clients (good client communication options).
Invoicing relatively easy, unless you have to search for something (e.g. search for "exam" and it brings up EVERYTHING with the word "exam" including exam gloves. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about Covetrus Pulse?
Difficult to find things in medical record after conversion, especially previous medications (Control F helps, but not always).
Reports that were supposed to be easy are NOT intuitive to get what you need (no easier than AviMark was, but when you get report at least appears more accurate).
Times out when you are working in a report or task. There are tricks to make sure you don't lose your information.
Log in and provider selection boxes don't scroll with you (minor dumb irritation).
Days the program gets slow, is not responding, incomplete loading of pages (refresh is your friend, but irritating when you have to do it multiple times). We monitor our internet connection and it has been fine, so not due to that.
Both major releases in past year (task list and exam reports) had to be rolled back within 2 days to fix issues. These should be addressed in non-production environment (but could be due to Azure being the cloud services provider as cloud geeks I know say Azure is a difficult environment to program in).
Exam report printout takes up too many pages, space could be used much more effectively.
Overall "glitchiness" of program gets very frustrating and slows down flow of appointments.
1st recommendation from support with any issue is "clear cache and cookies", which we now do everynight before shutdown and still having issues.
Some forms printout different than shows on screen of Pulse's word processor. You cannot easily convert a word document into Pulse's word processor (have to start from scratch). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
