The best features of Coveo are
1. Cloud based enterprise search solution, which requires very less amount of coding to host a search service for any website(s).
2. Faceted Search and customizing the search page is so easy, even team members with less technical skill set can easily do that.

Find something fast on the website. Prior to Coveo it has taken forever to find products on the website and we had very unsatisfied customers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The time it takes to index the items on the website - Specifically, our stakeholders add some products to the website and they want to see it fast on the search results pages, and this doesn't happen if the indexing just completed. They will need to wait almost 6 hours to see the new item on the search results page (my understanding was the new item should index quickly, but this didn't happen in the real life) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
