What do you like best about Coveo?

Coveo truly shines as the finest search service provider. Our fantastic support team effortlessly pinpoints the articles we need, even amid the sea of content penned by our organization. This brings forth solutions that bring a smile to both our clients and agents. One of these nifty features involves linking articles to Salesforce cases. Coveo comes complete with its very own set of analytics tools. These tools provide us with loads of information, helping us figure out which articles are worth crafting and how to best assist our beloved customers. Those reports also give us insights into what users are after and what they find challenging.

But here's the icing on the cake: Coveo's Senior Customer Success Manager, Maria. She's an email away, always ready to answer our questions with a friendly touch. Maria's like a treasure trove of insights on how to make the most of Coveo. Plus, she's a champ at sharing documents and training resources, making it a breeze for us to bring all these wonderful features to life. What do you dislike about Coveo?

Navigating Coveo's admin platform can be a bit challenging, especially when it comes to handling the reporting section. Additionally, to truly grasp its workings, you might find yourself delving into various articles and watching several instructional videos. What do you like best about Coveo?

There are a lot of things, we are using coveo on our partner portal for a faster and good search experience.

There are other good things, machine learning that helps customers to recommend or guide what are looking for based on many factors.

What do you dislike about Coveo?

Nothing much at this moment. But documentation can be simplified, it's confusing sometimes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It helps us to share relevant data from different systems in format (the way we want to show) to partner users using Coveo,

Like sharing knowledge details about how to install the camera.

In fact, the user can search for products that we have and find the relevant details.

What do you like best about Coveo?

There are many features that I like about Coveo,

Out-of-box support for crawling web pages from multiple sources (Web, Sitemap, RSS, Database, Push API).

Each source can be configured with different crawl frequencies.

Multiple Connectors (confluence, email clients, file storage, jira, onedrive, salesforce, slack, twitter, AWS S3 and many more)

Supports Secure Search

Machine Learning Models - Query Suggestions, Automatic Relevancy Tuning, Content Recommendations

Advanced Query Expressions (query with "and", "+", "-") - Searching a Phrase

Loaded with features like: Query expansion(Thesaurus), Fuzzy search, Query correction

Custom Result Ranking - supports wide range of expressions

Applied ranking for relevancy tuning in Enterprise Search - Search Result Ranking and Relevance Score

Featured Results (promoting particular document based on query/conditions)

I think the Semantic Search is missing in Coveo, there are ML models and many things to achieve something similar. But a straight forward semantic search which I would love to see in near future. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Coveo is really solving our requirment with its wide range of configurations, like feature results, search result ranking, triggers, stop words.

What do you like best about Coveo?

Working with the PS teams, we can deliver very bespoke, curated experiences to test how metrics can be uplifted during multivariant tests. The team at Coveo work really collaboratively with our developers and other internal teams to work through complicated projects to get them launched. Being able to report on ROI is great. What do you dislike about Coveo?

Nothing. Some processes needed smoothing out when we first joined, and when new PMs and account managers join, it's about creating processes and ways of working that work for both parties. However, these work well now. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Coveo solving and how is that benefiting you?

Coveo is helping me drive incremental revenue by testing new designs and ideas and providing ROI to the business. When there are ideas across the business, but we're not sure how successful they will be, before implementing it completely in development, we test in Coveo first and prove it's value. What do you like best about Coveo?

This is our first AI powered search engine, and it has really helped with relevancy when searching our big product catalogs, various content sources, domains and types. Dashboards really help optimize and are easy to set up, and the visit browser makes it easier to identify issues. Good customer success team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Coveo?

Setup and getting the Analytics and calls correct was quite the undertaking and choices by the (official) implementation partner turned out less than ideal.

Query consumption should give better and more exact information because currently, it doesn't go into enough detail which seems intentional. The support team could be less passive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
