**What do you like best about Coveo?**

I love Coveo's case assist feature. It's great that it provides an AI-generated response immediately, which can resolve customer issues before they even open a case. I also love the reporting capabilities—being able to see what our customers search for, where they're spending their time on the hub, and identifying where they might be running into trouble. It's really valuable to have this insight. I have the best team supporting my.  My CSM is a Rockstar and takes such good care of us.

**What do you dislike about Coveo?**

I would like it to be more conversational and humanlike, and be able to ask and answer follow-up questions.

**What problems is Coveo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use Coveo for high-powered AI-generated answers, and I love the immediate response and reporting capabilities.

**What do you like best about Coveo?**

Easy to setup and administer.
I also appreciated the onboarding with the coveo team and appreciate the support, the documentation , courses on Coveo level-up , the follow up with the CSM and regular webinars

**What do you dislike about Coveo?**

Might be usefull to have more code sample to improve the search interface.

**What problems is Coveo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use Coveo for our knownledge base. Since we integrated Coveo, it has improved the content search, increased the consultation of articles and improved the case deflection

The way coveo makes it easier for article search and document search is impressive. I have used Coveo with salesforce integration and ot has made my life quite simple while working in Technical support. Coveo has this thing of recommending articles or documents on the basis of case description which is one of the best thing about it

Sometimes Coveo can be naive while searching for articles or documents but overall I have had smooth experience

**What problems is Coveo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Coveo saves a lot of time when it comes to troubleshooting known issues. Coveo recommends the correct articles which makes it easier and enhances overall SLOs and SLAs

**What do you like best about Coveo?**

Coveo truly shines as the finest search service provider. Our fantastic support team effortlessly pinpoints the articles we need, even amid the sea of content penned by our organization. This brings forth solutions that bring a smile to both our clients and agents. One of these nifty features involves linking articles to Salesforce cases. Coveo comes complete with its very own set of analytics tools. These tools provide us with loads of information, helping us figure out which articles are worth crafting and how to best assist our beloved customers. Those reports also give us insights into what users are after and what they find challenging.

But here's the icing on the cake: Coveo's Senior Customer Success Manager, Kalla. She's an email away, always ready to answer our questions with a friendly touch. Kalla's like a treasure trove of insights on how to make the most of Coveo. Plus, she's a champ at sharing documents and training resources, making it a breeze for us to bring all these wonderful features to life. It's safe to say that Kalla and Coveo together make a winning team!

**What do you dislike about Coveo?**

Navigating Coveo's admin platform can be a bit challenging, especially when it comes to handling the reporting section. Additionally, to truly grasp its workings, you might find yourself delving into various articles and watching several instructional videos. It's worth noting that this learning curve exists, but with a bit of effort and exploration, you'll be able to make the most of Coveo's features.

**What problems is Coveo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Coveo plays a vital role in trimming down the time our agents invest in searching for solutions to address customer issues. Moreover, it aids us in pinpointing which articles should be our next focus and which videos can have a more significant influence on our customers. This all adds up to a smoother customer service experience and more effective content creation.

**What do you dislike about Coveo?**

Coveo has a steep learning curve and often requires dedicated developer time to configure even moderately complex use cases. Documentation can be vague or outdated, and the admin interface isn’t as intuitive as it should be for a product at this level. Also, indexing delays and lack of true semantic search can frustrate users expecting modern, Google-like behavior.

Finally, the consumption-based pricing model makes it hard to predict costs—especially for enterprise-scale implementations

Coveo helps solve the challenge of information fragmentation across multiple systems—CRM, CMS, knowledge bases, and third-party apps.

**What do you like best about Coveo?**

Coveo allows us to create a unified index of all our product knowledge. Using Coveo's built-in permission models and customizations, we can then deliver that content in multiple ways. It is simple to dynamically filter search results and boost content based on user context. Setting up different search experiences is streamlined, and flexible. Coveo also has a robust set of connectors that have allowed us to connect to many different resources. Coveo also has excellent documentation.

**What do you dislike about Coveo?**

At times, new features have been released and then not updated or supported after a perieod of time. The Slack integration is one example. Some of the professional services engagements we have had burned through hours faster than expected.

**What problems is Coveo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Coveo allows us to give our customers, partners, and employees a single entry point to all of our product knowledge.  It enables us to provide a consistent experience across channels and interactions by providing the same search and AI experience for end users no matter where they access our resources.
