**What do you like best about CourtFileNow?**

I like that you are alerted as soon as opposing counsel received a document that has been filed. Also, the software is so easy to use. 

**What do you dislike about CourtFileNow?**

Sometimes, it takes awhile I have had trouble saving a draft of a document I am working on. I have come back to it at a later time and all my latest updates were not saved.

**Recommendations to others considering CourtFileNow:**

Possibly charging less for the software so that smaller firms can utilize.

**What problems is CourtFileNow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have been able to save so much on expenses for the firm and our clients. This software saves us time in all aspects. What used to take an hour now only takes 20 minutes. The greatest benefit is our savings that we can pass along to clients.
