**What do you like best about Courier API?**

This Courier API lets you manage all the notifications from SMS, WhatsApp and email at one place. It save a lot of time and also the templates are easy to use.

**What do you dislike about Courier API?**

Its bit expensive for smaller teams or businesses. But the free features are good as well.

**What problems is Courier API solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The detailed tracking and monitoring is very helpful for me as it saves my lot of time.

**What do you like best about Courier API?**

Designing and sending notifications on this is pretty easy.
Integration on this is pretty good. I can send notifications through various channels like emails, SMS, Slack and Push notifications.
I hardly use coding for designing, which is great.

**What do you dislike about Courier API?**

Customization on this is not that easy.
It is a bit expensive.
Some features are pretty complex.

**What problems is Courier API solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use it for designing and sending reports, messages and notifications across different platforms. Tracking all that on this platform is very easy and hassle free.
