The best that I have seen so far. I love that it automatically integrates with some vendors such as CDW for automating the PO and Invoice matching. I love that vendors can login to a vendor portal to see the status of their POs and Invoices. **What do you dislike about Coupa?** I disliked how Coupa handles monthly payments and its reporting capabilities. We had to build a very custom method for identifying remaining commitment reports. We have to create a PO manually for the monthly payments **What problems is Coupa solving and how is that benefiting you?** Coupa became the single source of truth that tracked approval workflows, PO to Invoice matching, and non-PO-related invoicing for all purchasing at our company. ### 48. It is easy to track the progress of an order or invoice all the way to final payment and receipt of funds by the client. You can also easily order office supplies and IT equipment. Coupa handles the onboarding for new suppliers, so suppliers directly provide all the information needed for payment and integration into our systems. It helped us keep track of when we were paying vendors and made sure all deadlines were met. **What do you dislike about Coupa?** Coupa has many fields to fill out and is not the most intuitive for first-time users. It is also hard if you want to order through a retail site like Amazon and not the most flexible. I sometimes had to find a third-party gifting organizations to make the purchases for me. Also, some suppliers / clients were not able to provide all the documentation required for onboarding due to being a smaller business or single individual, which delayed payments for services rendered. **What problems is Coupa solving and how is that benefiting you?** Through Coupa, it has been easier to pay vendors and procure supplies. We use it for placing corporate gift orders and paying client invoices. ### 49. The font size is perfect and the colors aren't overwhelming. It's easy to find what you're looking for without too much of a struggle. You can easily search for specific things as well. **What do you dislike about Coupa?** I don't use Coupa a ton so I haven't really determined anything that I dislike at this time. **What problems is Coupa solving and how is that benefiting you?** We use Coupa to order items for our place of work. I work in sales and marketing so Coupa is the perfect place for me to order fun collateral (like water bottles, keychains, magnets, etc.) that we can personalize to fit our brand. ### 50. Email notifications about expense progress make it easy for any manager to keep up with an entire team's reports. **What do you dislike about Coupa?** I wish there were functionality and analytics shown when viewing expenses on the app. Viewing past reports would be useful on mobile to track trends. Small complaint on the whole. **What problems is Coupa solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our expenses were previously disorganized.
