What do you like best about Counto?

I like my interactions with the team. They quickly understand my needs and just get to work. They are a perfect extension to my team, and operate exactly how you would expect an outsourced accouning team to act. It's a great bunch of folks who obviously have passion for what they are doing. What do you dislike about Counto?

Recommendations to others considering Counto:

My advice is don't treat them like you would a normal service provider; treat them as an extension of your team. Take the time to explain to them what you do, what you need, and what you expect. Outsourced teams may not understand your business as well as you do, but the Counto team is sharp - they get it quickly. So the more time you invest in the relationship, the better the output. What problems is Counto solving and how is that benefiting you?

Counto is an AI-powered accounting platform. They have taken my bookeeping to another level. The team is incredibly savvy, patient, and have thorough. I am a serial entrepreneur and have worked with many accounting firms over the years; this team is by far the best. Always on time, always on budget, and always exceed my expectations.
