The customer support has been very friendly also because they are very quick to respond when it comes to user issues. **What do you dislike about Countfire?** Sometimes, the wrong items on the drawings will get selected when they are not the symbol I have selected but have a similar look. **What problems is Countfire solving and how is that benefiting you?** For my job, Countfire is helping me to count lighting and power items in drawings and this benefits me because it helps me to easily view and organize items in the drawings, and later present to my manager who then uses my counts to help with the estimation process. ### 2.
