What do you like best about Couch & Associates?

C&A was a true partner with our business throughout our time together. Instead of just simply providing admin help, C&A provided guidance on best practices to improve our marketing and sales automation so we set up well for future projects and improvements. What do you like best about Couch & Associates?

Organized, very thorough and detailed, friendly and responsive. I appreciate the guidance and insight Couch has provided throughout this handoff. All documents and trainings are detailed and easily available to our team to reference after our contract is finished. My favorite document they created is the naming convention calculator.
