Plus provides an overview of the economics and demographics of the specific market. **What do you dislike about CoStar Investment Analysis?** Sometimes the information is limited if the property is in a small market and/or comparisons are limited. Also not sure where they get a lot of the information in the report. The quality of input directly impacts out put. Please each report costs money. **Recommendations to others considering CoStar Investment Analysis:** Helpful with trying to find comparable data for surrounding similar properties **What problems is CoStar Investment Analysis solving and how is that benefiting you?** Determine if the property is performing and good return for the customer and for the bank.
