The first would be just the general appearance and UI of the product. Nothing really pops, the menus and settings lack luster and aren't intuitive and everything is small. Additioanally, little UI adds like when you click out of a box the box closes is simply not there. you have to press a microscopic x in order to get out of any windows. additionally, the status of posts, ie draft, pending review or schedule plus the time or "best time" its scheduled for could be improved. these are crucial aspects into planning and knowing if or if not your post is scheduled. I really wish there were filtering options when it comes to the calendar view itself. ie eiteh filter just for one account or based on the color/category you assigned it. **What problems is CoSchedule Social Calendar solving and how is that benefiting you?** we are solving issues in regards to posting management and social media planning. it has been nice to schedule posts and essentially leave them to be posted on their own. the collaboration aspect, messaging and notification is an added bonus and we just more recently started using to plan months in. advance, using color coding to note various work and posts. ### 5. The google doc integration is useful. The company should definitely invest in web developers/designers. Oftentimes I find projects go missing and notifications can be hard to find. It isn't possible to click and open a project in a new tab and if someone writes something in a task it doesn't have a notification. Furthermore, the process automation needs work. I have used other project management programs, and at this point I'd recommend those over coschedule. It gives me the analytics to understand which posts are working and which ones are not. And best of all, it stays out of sight when it's not needed. For our company, we market based on our healthcare verticals that we target, so it's nice to be able to filter by calendar items tagged as 1 specific vertical, or I can set up a "personal" view for myself and include all emails/webinars to which my vertical applies. **What do you dislike about CoSchedule Social Calendar?** I dislike that you cannot see tags in the 'read only' view--we send these views to our demand gen team since we don't want them to have editing capabilities but we do want them to have a visual of their entire campaign calendar, especially when grouped together with their colleagues plans in a monthly view. So, when they hover over a calendar icon, they cannot see what vertical it's tagged with so they may have no idea whose campaign it belongs to. Yes we could include other relevant data in the project name, but it seems weird that they still don't allow that info to be visible. **What problems is CoSchedule Social Calendar solving and how is that benefiting you?** We set up CoSchedule with the intention to share a complete picture of our monthly marketing efforts across our marketing team. I enjoy the tool and think it's helpful to be able to filter with different views to see how many emails I'm responsible for in a week, as well as look at my emails/webinars/etc., across the board compared to our other verticals. It helps us to balance out our calendar because although our demand gen team tries to talk to each other about what they're doing, sometimes it helps to share a different perspective of what we're sending out that they may not have been able to visualize when just having the conversation with the necessary stakeholders. ### 27.
