We colour-coded our posts for each platform but I wish there was an easy way to filter them. Also colour coding by platform meant we couldn't colour code by campaign. Our team has saved so much time having both socials and team tasks in one program so we don't have to look two places at once. We've automated some workflows that no one even thought to automate, but it's easy to see the big picture in the Marketing Calendar. **What do you dislike about CoSchedule Social Calendar?** It takes a LOT of work to set up all your processes in it, but that's true with any task/workflow management program. I looked at about 5 different sites and liked CoSchedule the best because of its ease, the calendar layout where you see what you've posted, who you've highlighted (clients), and the dates and times. I liked the free version but needed more than 5 posts per day shared between social profiles so I bought a subscription. I love how easy it is to create social media messages. Pulling images and logos from the file folder is Excellent and finding those images and logos previously used is great - I don't have to keep going back to client files to grab them. All previous images and logos are right there to use again & freshen up. CoSchedule Calendar is a great tool to make social media posts easy. It's a couple of steps and boom, you have a post. I love that CoSchedule selects the best time to post. It is a great option. With CoSchedule, I can create personalized content for 3 of my clients in a matter of minutes and with my subscription, I can schedule my posts out for weeks. The application is very easy to navigate and use, and the project rules and integrations make it a breeze to create and manage projects. Our team is looking forward to having an easily navigatable digital asset management platform, being able to pull project progress reports directly from CoSchedule for leadership, and the ability to assign tasks to guest users outside of our team for reviews and approvals. It has proven to ease some of the burden of project management in a short amount of time and is sure to increase our productivity in the long run. **What do you dislike about CoSchedule Social Calendar?** Sadly, the Constant Contact integration does not work super well; however, I believe this is mostly due to issues with Constant Contact, not CoSchedule. Constant Contact is reliably fickle, and it happens to be the only major issue we have encountered with CoSchedule. **What problems is CoSchedule Social Calendar solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our team was spending a good chunk of time each week creating a report for leadership detailing the progress on all of our projects; I am sure other Marketers can recognize this is a timely process. With CoSchedule, we will soon be able to click a few buttons and populate a detailed project progress report in next to no time. It is also difficult to keep up with emails of edits, input, and approvals from stakeholders; CoSchedule almost completely solves this problem with the usage of guest users, to whom you are able to assign review and approval tasks. The automation aspect is a huge win for me, as I work alone. **What do you dislike about CoSchedule Social Calendar?** Considering I only use the calendar, the tool is (perhaps) a little pricey for me. But, having operated without it, I still choose to keep using it and paying for it. **Recommendations to others considering CoSchedule Social Calendar:** If you are a solo-preneur, CoSchedule is still worth the money, in my opinion. The calendaring function alone is worth the cost. And, the reports are excellent as well. **What problems is CoSchedule Social Calendar solving and how is that benefiting you?** I publish multiple articles a day (we're a news and commentary site). If I had to manually do social media posts for each one, I'd go crazy. Also, since we are publishing on Ghost, I cannot use the social media plugins I was used to on Wordpress.
