I love integrating with other software, such as Asana, where the entire team may collaborate. I can connect projects from other software to CoSchedule and stay on track. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I am relatively new to CoSchedule. The free plan is excellent but limiting and similar to other platforms, such as Asana. It would be nice to offer a simple social media scheduling feature. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The calendar dashboard makes it easy to see visually where your social posts are and how full your days are. This platform is good if you don't have a lot of social channels to monitor or send out a lot of posts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I found it difficult to keep track of what platforms had posts scheduled on a specific date when there are a lot of posts scheduled. We colour-coded our posts for each platform but I wish there was an easy way to filter them. Also colour coding by platform meant we couldn't colour code by campaign. It just wasn't easy to keep track of what has happening when. They also removed their analytics feature which added another strike against them for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It had all of the bells and whistles that I was looking for in a social media management suite at a lower cost. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I did not get the chance to use all features, but all of the ones I have used were great. No complaints. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Once we fine-tuned our usage to a specific aspect of marketing communications -- in our case for outbound email marketing -- this tool proved to be very useful and provided some built-in integrations with our email platform that helps save time for the marketing team. It doesn't really have that "full" capability for managing all calendar aspects for a marketing team. Or at least not the way that we tried using it initially. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We work with multiple brands and 10+ people on our team. This allows us to look at the entire workload of the team and plan accordingly. Being able to organize by brand and by individual gives us insights into the overall workload of the team and plan accordingly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
For members of our team that use Google Calendars to track their workflow, CoSchedule does not allow them to easily navigate the app without having to do double work tracking their schedules. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
First of all, the suite includes a range of features that cover all aspects of marketing, from social media to content creation to analytics. This means that I can manage all my marketing efforts from one place, without having to switch between multiple tools.
One of the standout features of the CoSchedule Marketing Suite is the content calendar. This tool allows me to plan and organize my content in one place, making it easy to see what's coming up and ensure that I'm staying on track with my publishing schedule. I also appreciate the ability to collaborate with team members on the calendar, which helps to ensure that everyone is on the same page.
The social media scheduler is another feature that I find incredibly useful. With this tool, I can schedule posts across multiple platforms and track engagement metrics, all from one dashboard. This saves me a lot of time and effort, and helps me to ensure that my social media strategy is consistent and effective. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
One potential downside of the suite is that it can be overwhelming at first. With so many features and tools, it can take some time to learn how to use everything effectively. However, once you get the hang of it, the suite can be a powerful asset to your marketing efforts. Additionally, the suite's pricing can be on the higher side, which may not be feasible for small businesses or those with limited budgets. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Helps me stay organized with the posts scheduled and gives a clear overview about the marketing calendar. Gives great clarity into the projects and is a one-stop solution for running social campaigns. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There seems to be some discrepancy in tracking the projects on the basis of dates. Sometimes it's difficult to track the posts scheduled on the basis of dates, this can be improved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
CoSchedule Marketing Suite impresses me with its all-inclusive arsenal of marketing tools, harmoniously working together to simplify campaign planning, automate workflows, foster collaboration, and maximize marketing effectiveness, ultimately boosting efficiency and achieving outstanding results. While CoSchedule Marketing Suite offers a robust set of features, a minor drawback is the learning curve involved in fully harnessing its capabilities, requiring some time to become acquainted with all the functionalities and maximize its potential. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The best part about this tool is the ability to see my social media plan month-by-month. The calendar overview is very descriptive. It's easy to take in a lot of information at once. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I have to use a large monitor to see the social media calendar overview. If I use a monitor with a screen that's 15 inches or smaller, it's too hard to see my plan. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We got more marketing to get done. Multiple projects. An endless to-do list. Lots of ideas. Tons of spreadsheets & Google Docs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Till now we do not have any such problem with it, this tool is user-friendly and easy to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
