What do you like best about Orca?

Orca has quickly become an essential part of our team's workflow. We moved from managing references across multiple channels to having one consolidated, centralized database of references.

As a team, we're often asked who our public references are, and now with Orca, we can pull that list in seconds. What once relied on tribal knowledge and manual efforts is now at our fingertips with intuitive search functionality that has completely transformed the way we work.

One of my favorite features is the scheduling functionality. Instead of endless back-and-forth emails to coordinate availability, it's not simplified to a single click where participants can enter their availability. This feature alone has saved our team countless hours of scheduling and planning.

Since Orca sits in Salesforce, we can tie references directly to opportunities and clearly show the impact on closed revenue.

But most importantly, not only does the tool do everything we need it to do and more, the Orca team is absolutely phenomenal! They've become an extension of our own team, learning our business, anticipating our needs, and partnering with us to achieve our goals!

Overall, the move to Orca has been a game changer for our team! It transformed a messy, time-consuming process into a streamlined, centralized system that saves us hours of effort, accelerates sales cycles, and gives us clear visibility into the impact of references on revenue. With seamless Salesforce integration, powerful scheduling capabilities, and a superstar support team, Orca delivers far more than just a tool - it's a trusted partner in driving our success!! What do you like best about Orca?

I had the daunting task of completing a software evaluation while trying to launch a reference program and advocate program. When I came across Orca, I knew I had found a great software solution and true partners who would help me succeed in my programs. Once we were signed with Orca, Andru, and Scott worked closely to ensure the implementation went smoothly! They were eager to listen to my ideas and build product optimizations. When I needed to produce reports for C-level executives, there was no hesitation to jump on a call and walk me through everything I needed to know. What do you like best about Orca?

Before Orca, I was tracking references in an excel spreadsheet. Requests from sales would get lost in email and slack. More importantly, I had no ability to report out on the impact references were having on in-pipeline deals. Now, sales can easily click a few buttons to request, I have everything in one place, and I can quickly pull reports to prove the value of my reference program. What do you dislike about Orca?

No complaints! There were a couple ease of use issues for Sales when we first purchased orca, but Adru and Scott made adjustments to the interface immediately. What do you like best about Orca?

The team is fantastic. They are quick to respond to questions and address any complaints or changes you'd like to see. Any changes that we have indicated we'd like to see is implemented in an extremely timely manner. The product is extremely user-friendly. Orca integrates with Salesforce nicely, and the way the dashboard is laid out makes it so that there is very little learning curve to the product. Our AEs are able to use it so that enough information is input that I have a complete understanding of what types of accounts they are looking to find references from and what frustrations or objections we're trying to overcome with prospective customers. What do you like best about Orca?

Orca is a fantastic tool for Customer References and Advocacy programs, living inside Salesforce.com. The Orca team continues to innovate and develop the solution as well. Specifically, I loved using the reference management inside Salesforce, to track each individual reference, how often they engaged with prospects, their strengths and topics of expertise. On the customer base side, Account Managers and CSMs can easily refer to new references. Best of all, reference requests are made at the Opportunity level, which lets you track the win/loss and dollar amount of influence. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Orca?

What do you like best about Orca?

The Orca team has figured out how to manage a growing reference pool for existing and ramping sales reps very well. This was quite difficult before and required my sales staff to investigate who implemented or managed comparable customers to figure out if the customer would be a good reference for the current deal, taking a lot of time. Orca's analytics also fills the gap in tracking how often and how effective our references are.

I see the main value of Orca is that it gives our ramping reps the same reference resources that our veteran reps have built up over time and keeps us from overusing our star references.
