After a few devices have been brought in, operation becomes child's play. Changes are forwarded to the devices super fast. The overview of the devices is clearly structured and the filter options are comprehensive. The single app mode, as well as the multi-app mode, give the device a professional look and feel. Whether via ZeroTouch or the manual addition of the devices, it is easily and quickly done via the tidy interface. Apps, profiles, settings, etc. can be rolled out to individual users, devices or entire groups. Initially, we had a problem and needed assistance of the support. This was fast and first class and the problem was solved within a short time. **What do you dislike about Cortado MDM?** No idea. Everything went and goes perfectly for us. The support is first class. My problem at the beginning was that I didn't know there was a ticket system and waited a little longer for an answer until I saw the ticket system and saw that the answer had already come. **What problems is Cortado MDM solving and how is that benefiting you?** We had a problem with the WLAN settings. Support saw this very quickly and brought it to our attention. This saved us a lot of time. He also integrated our devices via ZeroTouch, so importing the devices was much easier and faster. ### 2. Reliable, quickly comprehensible solution **Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Verified User in Building Materials | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.) **Reviewed Date:** August 24, 2022 **What do you like best about Cortado MDM?** -The management interface is very clear and well-structured, you quickly understand how it works. -Price/performance is consistent. -Very nice contact during the offer and order phase as well as afterwards with questions during commissioning. **What do you dislike about Cortado MDM?** - Some things are difficult or even impossible to find in the help section; for example, the activation of apps that are usually pre-installed on Samsung devices (Calculator, Gallery, Weather,...); however, help was provided via email upon request. - It would be practical to equip the Samsung Mail App with two configurations, for example, if you are using both Exchange and IMAP accounts (due to departmental or purpose-related reasons). This worked initially, but later an update presumably made it no longer feasible; I now use the Outlook App for Exchange users and the Samsung Mail App for IMAP accounts. **What problems is Cortado MDM solving and how is that benefiting you?** Cortado enables the quick setup of new devices, as well as the distribution of new apps, and prevents (unauthorized) installations of apps by users. ### 3. The User Interface and handling was the Key which made my Decision to work with Cortado. That was 5 years ago. We just switched from the On Premise to the Cloudbased MDM Version. It made my Live as our Companys MDM Admin much easier. No MDM Server Updates whitch I have to do anymore. I am still lucky with the system :-) **What do you dislike about Cortado MDM?** Its to simple. Anyone could be MDM Admin with Cortado ;-) **What problems is Cortado MDM solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are a japanese company ad I have to serve several european company offices with a MDM. It was important to me that employees don't have to go to IT for every small adjustment or additional app, so that the adjustments can be made. We are able to manage the devices centrally and can install both apps and settings directly onto the devices. The fine authorization and software distribution are particularly useful. That saves a lot of time. For data protection reasons alone, there are hardly any alternatives to use.
