**What do you like best about Corrigo?**

Power BI is one of the most valuable features Corrigo offers. It enhances our ability to maintain accurate asset records and track the full lifecycle of our equipment. The capability to analyze repair versus replacement costs is especially critical, enabling more informed and strategic operating decisions. The platform is also highly intuitive and easy to navigate, becoming even more effective when assets are properly tagged. Overall, Power BI significantly strengthens the value of Corrigo as an investment. It performs reliably, and whenever we need clarification, our representative and JLL University resources are readily available and very helpful.

**What do you dislike about Corrigo?**

Connecting new service pros to Corrigo isn’t always straightforward. If there were a more efficient way to onboard new vendors, the whole process would run more smoothly and make day-to-day work a lot easier.

**What problems is Corrigo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows us to better assess the remaining life of our equipment and gives us time to plan and budget for replacements.

  ### 2. Streamlines Work Order Management, But Needs Better Filtering

**What do you like best about Corrigo?**

I like the simplicity of Corrigo; everything's in one spot, making it easy to access and look back at information. The system streamlines work orders and provides stores the ability to place work orders on their own. It also offers robust reporting capabilities. Additionally, the account management (Sean Trout, Mary Clay) is better than what we experienced with ServiceChannel.

**What do you dislike about Corrigo?**

When looking through work orders, sometimes it can be a little bit cumbersome. With not having the right filters in place or just having unintuitive filters, it can be a difficulty. The onboarding process was quite extensive, but that's just because there's so much that goes into it.

**What problems is Corrigo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Corrigo streamlines work orders, allows stores to independently place work orders, and enhances reporting capabilities.

**What do you like best about Corrigo?**

I love the ease of use, and their ability to flex when we would like an overall change to accommodate our business model.  Isaiah Pruitt always takes great care of all our requests!

**What do you dislike about Corrigo?**

The Corrigo Enterprise App always seems to be the last place to get improvements. I can’t even approve quotes in the app, which is really frustrating. In comparison, the Customer Portal is much easier to use and feels more straightforward overall.

**What problems is Corrigo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The asset management and tagging functionality saves us time and money in the long run.

**What do you like best about Corrigo?**

Corrigo continues to impress with its strong work order management capabilities. The ability to assign tasks quickly, track progress in real-time, and automate workflows makes daily operations much smoother.

Additionally, I’ve noticed improvements in reporting and visibility, which help in making better business decisions. The mobile accessibility for field teams is also a big advantage, allowing seamless coordination between office and on-site staff.

**What do you dislike about Corrigo?**

While my overall experience with Corrigo has been very positive, there are a few minor areas that could be improved. The interface can sometimes feel a bit outdated compared to newer platforms, and it may take some time for new users to fully understand all features.

Additionally, customization options in certain modules could be more flexible, especially when tailoring reports or workflows to specific business needs. Occasionally, system performance can slow down when handling large volumes of data.

That said, these are relatively small concerns and do not significantly impact the overall efficiency and usefulness of the platform.

**What problems is Corrigo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have solved our Work order management and Vendor management problem solution. Also, we get the central answers for our track performance and collaborate with external service providers.

Corrigo excels with its interface, offering excellent out-of-the-box usability for any Facility Management operation. The notifications, alerts, and the ability to set up roles and permissions are also standout features.

**What do you dislike about Corrigo?**

The software's customizability can be somewhat lackluster, and ticket support is often managed by individuals who have limited expertise with Corrigo.

Corrigo helps solve the common problems of facility management by centralizing work order tracking, vendor coordination, and asset management into one streamlined platform. Instead of juggling spreadsheets, emails, and manual processes, everything is tracked in real time with clear visibility into performance, costs, and compliance. This shift reduces downtime by enabling preventive maintenance, improves accountability with vendors, and gives technicians mobile tools to update work instantly in the field. The benefit is greater efficiency, reduced costs, and more consistent operations across all locations—helping you move from reactive firefighting to proactive, data-driven decision-making.

Corrigo is so detailed and thorough when it come to its capabilities.  This work order system is top notch!!

**What do you dislike about Corrigo?**

Sometimes despite using Corrigo for over 10 years, I still feel like it is so advanced that I am still a beginner and not utilizing the system as much as I could based on its extensive capabilities!!

**What problems is Corrigo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Corrigo has allowed us to organize and track work orders and provide an excellent method of tracking for our tenants!!

**What do you like best about Corrigo?**

Corrigo is great for our business needs. We are excited with the newest upgrades. It is nice the software has availability for customization and is going to advance with its AI integration. It is easy to tweak to our business needs and with it having multiple updates in each quarter it is nice to see what new advancements it will have. Additionally, our clients state it is easy to use since some of them use it on a daily basis.

**What do you dislike about Corrigo?**

The downsides of Corrigo is that we are not able to customize to each site still. One adjustment can affect all of Corrigo for global settings. When we adjust settings it does it for all of the sites and not just certain properties. It would also be helpful to be able to edit properties once they are set up when we need to change them to fall under a different client. Additionally the Corrigo support staff isn't able to address concerns as easily and needs to continously escalate to another tier.

**What problems is Corrigo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have submitted a couple of enhancement requests. One of them is it being able to talk to other softwares. We implement other softwares and it would be helpful if they could talk to each other. One example, is the power bi dashboards we are creating. We have to make manual updates instead of the information feeding into the dashboard and being able to see it automatically.

**What do you like best about Corrigo?**

I like Corrigo for keeping track of work orders in real-time. The communication between vendors and myself is much easier, and it helps me keep track of the work process. The initial setup was very easy and simple.

**What do you dislike about Corrigo?**

I feel like Corrigo doesn't look appealing, but that's just me. Also, when looking at a list of open work orders, you have to hover over the work order to show the issue, which could be improved by showcasing the issues directly.

**What problems is Corrigo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Corrigo solves overall workloads, tracks vendors, and shows issues effectively. I like how it keeps track of work orders in real-time, enhancing communication with vendors and monitoring work processes.
