I think the process has streamlined our gift giving to our staff and more! We have been able to reduce the need to run to the store and even when it's a last-minute thing Corporate Traditions is easy and quick. We have had to ask for help from customer service as well, and it has always been a positive experience. I think it was easy to set up and incorporate with other managers to start using it easily as well. We plan to use this more and more and hope our staff enjoy it as much as we have so far. I’ve been using Corporate Traditions for many years, and it continues to be an outstanding rewards platform. I especially appreciate the instant gratification it provides for employees, along with the ease of ordering which has only improved with their new platform. Easy to use, provides access to thousands of products or gift cards. You can choose to allow employees to select a gift card or a gift that you determine the value of the gift. Corporate Traditions is a straightforward program that removes the uncertainty from employee recognition. Associates are given the opportunity to select their own gifts, and they also have the flexibility to choose something other than a turkey in November. Firstly, the staff is excellent and very responsive. The choices and array of products is wonderful and the website is laid out very intuitively. The spreadsheet that accompanies the enrollment is also very easy to use and friendly. Their timeliness of sending out the reward emails as well as delivering the chosen products is very quick and error-free. I am considered the "Ambassador" of Corporate Traditions in my company and therefore whenever any department wants to use them, they go through me (HR) and they know the execution will be flawless. There really isn't anything to dislike, however if I absolutely had to choose something it would be that I like the reward emails to be delivered at 8am EST and sometimes the emails don't come through until a couple of hours later. It's no big deal. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We currently only use Corporate Traditions for gift cards, but integration has been easy. I've referred my colleagues to us and other friends; they've all raved about the simplicity and easy-to-order process.

When I had any questions, they had a quick response. I know they have other features that we will be using in the future, but at the moment, we only use them for giftcards.
