The platform is very intuitive and user friendly, fairly easy to navigate. The support from the dedicated account manager is top notch in fairness, they are always very responsive to emails and phone calls whenever we require assistance. The platform was fairly easy to set up and implement, industry standard KYC requirements which are not out of the ordinary at all. Corpay is the heart of our banking solution as we heavily rely on not only the FX features, but also the ability to send and receive payments, something which we do on a daily basis. It would be useful to have more named IBAN accounts in different currencies. Only recently were named IBAN accounts launched for USD and EUR, however some other competitors already have named IBAN accounts in far more currencies than this. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It’s given us a true one-stop shop for international payments. We’ve gone from processing just a handful of wires across different banks—often taking hours—to handling dozens at once through a single bulk import in about 15 minutes. Implementation was easy peasy. My boss is not the most tech savvy person and she enjoyed the implementation and how helpful the Corpay team was through the process. This isn’t a dislike note for Cross-Border, but more of an observation. The only drawback I’m currently experiencing is that not all banks opt into the GPI tracker, so wire transfers won’t always show as delivered. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

This is one of the most accurate currency exchange sites that we use for our company... Should maintenance be active and we cannot access the site, unfortunately, we then have to resort to Google, which we have found to be less accurate for our constant in invoices and paying invoices internationally. I honestly would have to say that the ONLY thing that I don't like about Corpay, as of recently, I have to constantly use a text (SMS) verification code every time I log into the account. There isn’t much to dislike. When it’s been needed, Corpay Cross-Border has worked seamlessly and done exactly what it’s supposed to do, without creating extra issues or requiring workarounds. I like having personal managers who advise and assist me. If I have any questions about exchange, transfer, or technical concerns with the system, I can write an email or use WhatsApp and receive fast help. One important payment was made and did not move for two days, and we did not receive any questions or anything, which almost resulted in losing a deal, though managers sorted everything last minute. I am having issues with how amounts are entered because the system doesn't work with the decimal point and comma in the way I'm used to. This led to entering very high amounts accidentally, though managers canceled them; it's still a problem. I really appreciate Corpay Cross-Border's prompt transfer of funds at a reasonably competitive rate. Buying forward contracts and having the ability to easily and cheaply extend them when cash flow requires is quite beneficial. The account manager has been incredibly helpful in guiding us through currency transfers and government requirements like the LEI, which is great since we aren't experts in that area. The software is easy to become comfortable with, and their customer service stands out because everyone answering the phone is eager to help. I love that we can book an international wire in real time. I admire the fact that we can speak to a representative without being on hold. When we have an issue regarding a wire, we can email or call an authorized representative at Corpay Cross-Border who helps guide us and informs us about any changes with the international banks. I also like that in real time, when booking a wire in a different currency, we can check the price based on the date and time and inform our customers of the international currency rate. It's not an easy fix for Corpay. It's hard to recall a wire from an international bank since we are on different time zones, so we have to wait a day or two for the international bank to reply. I think it can be stated on the disclosure at the very bottom in bold letters, so the customer can see it and it will help them from asking so many questions. The versatility of using Corpay with our customers, no matter what the currency of exchange was a game changer for our Canadian business. I have identified that the fee structure is the lowest of any other solution saving money for us weekly in payments. Lastly, the system provides many confirmation alerts of how funds are moving successfully between customers and suppliers. Our account representatives are very responsive. I like the multi-currency accounts and the ability to review individual currencies and all cash coming in and out of those accounts. The multi-currency accounts are super valuable because they lower our exchange rate risk, allowing us to invoice and process payments in different currencies, handling over 20 different currencies for any given opportunity.
