The best feature I have recently found is the ability to edit your main icons on the top toolbar. For instance, working in a boarding facility versus an animal hospital, I don't utilize the prescriptions options and it's much more streamlined to only see the tools I need. The usability of this software can significantly improve. In general, it is not the most user friendly and you find yourself closing out of arbitrary windows just to get one task completed (check-in, check-out, run invoice, print labels, etc..). It's nearly impossible to create a patient history report without your internal communications on there, unless you manually delete them. I love that Cornerstone is synced with Idexx. It is a huge help when the blood work automatically gets send to the in-house blood machines and it uploads results into the patient file. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I do not like that there can only be four patient clipboards open at one time. When you have six exam rooms that require you to work on their PVL's, it is an inconvenience. I dislike that there’s certain features you can’t do unless you pay more or buy that package. Sometimes it’s a feature we wouldn’t use often and we can still go without it but it just makes it harder. For example when a patient is boarding for a couple days, we have to set the appointment each individual day, I wish there was a way to schedule for multiple days at once.
