Corelogic is a large platform that can provide many different data points and insights. Realist is used in the Real Estate industry to pull tax records, county records, mls information, homeowner information, and more. It compiles them into a great report that has a ton of information included. However, it does not always match county assessor records, and I'm not sure why. It is fairly easy to use, but I am a techy person, and to me, the User Interface looks somewhat dated and could be improved upon. But if you know what you're doing, you won't have any trouble navigating their website. Realist does offer excellent value (it is actually provided by our MLS where I live), so I can access their tools very easily. Also, the map view is a huge win for Realist, that offer great functionality. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Realist could build so much more on their platform with the data they have access to. This seems to be the next missing piece. Right now, it really serves as a repository for information without being intuitive enough to offer or suggest insights to the user. I'm not saying Realist is not a great resource; it is a great resource. I just think they could offer more with minimal effort. I enjoy the interphase with ResMan and I also like the very detailed screening results. It's not a basic "yes/no". Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I do not like how many glitches we have had with its link to ResMan. It can be very frustrating when the screening software isn't talking to the property software correctly and you don't know who to turn to. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Core Logic is integrated into our MLS. The default report contains items that I would never want to forward to a potential client. I live in a rural/resort area and like that I can easily find tax mailing addresses through realist since most homeowners don't live here year round. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
